Energy Alchemy
The ultimate energetic reset. A deeply intuitive 1:1 energy work session combining many of the tools I have learned in my 10+ years working within the spiritual realms.
These sessions always begin with guided meditation, energy protection and an aura cleanse.

My sessions are almost always assisted by the angelic realms where your unique team of spiritual guides pour life force into the body and activate chakras.
The ‘alchemy’ happens throughout the session as I work on energetic blockages in the body, to soothe, remove, or transmute areas of pain and emotion.

Reiki Boosts
For the days when you don’t have the energy to get on a zoom call, when you are sick or having a restful mental health day, Reiki Boosts are concentrated healing energies sent directly to you.
All you need to do is lay down, play relaxing music and receive.
I simply send you a message when I start sending Reiki and a message when I have finished. I then send a voice note of any channels / messages I have received from your body (these can be messages from your emotional, energetic, physical or spiritual bodies).

Energy Reset Workshops
The ultimate energetic reset, in a group setting. By leading a guided journey meditation, I teach groups how to ground deeply into the earth, clear their aura of energies that don’t belong to them, and call their unique energy back. A technique I learned from my Reiki Master Farrah called ‘Ground Shield Protect’. It is highly effective and leaves people feeling light, renewed, grounded and returned to a stronger sense of self and inner peace.
Queer Reiki
A free monthly offering for members of the LGBTQ+ community. I welcome clients of all gender identities, sexualities and races to receive a full 1:1 energy alchemy session.
As a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent being navigating my own mental health, my spirituality has been crucial to my healing journey - having the belief in something greater than me working with me to access peace, healing and hope, has been an incredible support.
We are all made up of energy, and deserve to feel safer and more accepted in wellness spaces. This space and my work aims to be more accepting, open, and affirming for LGBTQ+ individuals. LGBTQ+ members experience discrimination, hate crimes, and struggle twice as much with mental health issues.
In these sessions I guide you into deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, energetic field (aura) reset, and I pour Reiki (life force energy) into the body.
Reiki Level 1 Mentorship
A unique introduction to spiritual healing and learning the path of Usui Reiki. Includes a workbook, 3 sessions of teachings and trainings, and continuous mentorship into the Reiki lifestyle. £150.
