  • Through multiple 1:1 sessions (one session, every two weeks for three months) we dive deep into fears, blocks and shadows that will bring you the greatest healing at this time. We work with yourself and your spirit team to identify either one area of focus at the start, and/or continually evolve this to meet your ongoing needs throughout the mentorship

The Four Pillars we explore in every session:

  • Grounding & Energy Protection

    Where all my sessions begin: guided grounding meditation and energy protection cleanse.

  • Calling in Reiki source energy

    Channeling Reiki into the body to create a spiritual safety net. Reiki calms the mind and nervous system and soothes areas of tension.

  • Rebuilding & Root Chakra Activation

    Root chakra activation, creating your new sense of home and safe space within, we build a relationship with the root chakra, visualising a new home with sturdy foundations (optional art therapy techniques).

  • Energy Alchemy

    Energetic exploration in the body to explore, remove, or alchemise emotional blockages to return the body to balance.

Meet your guide

Jovie is a spiritual channel, level 3 Reiki Master, meditation guide and support worker. Informed by their years of work within charities, educational settings for adults with complex learning needs and autism, and in arts facilitation for mental health, Jovie combines their support work expertise with their extensive spiritual knowledge, bridging together gentle nurturing spaces for growth and transformation.

  • Whatsapp or email support - answering your questions and intuitive insight on your reflections at any time throughout the 3 months

  • 2x 60 minute online sessions per month (6 total Energy Alchemy sessions - usually priced at £95 each)

  • Optional recorded sessions to reflect over and reuse the guided meditations

  • Spiritual tools and techniques to take with you and continue to use after the container ends

Total exchange:

£444 for the 3 month container

Payment plan option: £150 per month over 3 months

Payment plan option two: £90 monthly over 5 months
